Who we are
Ring us and an electrician answers. The person who quotes your job is the person who turns up to do it, the same way it worked when there was one van.
Most of our work is in homes between Merewether and Swansea. Older houses that need their switchboards brought up to date, newer ones adding EV chargers and batteries, and the everyday jobs in between.
The first job was a fibro house in Charlestown with ceramic fuses and a scorch mark on the backing board. The owner had rung three electricians that week. One called back. We swapped the board on the Saturday, and she still rings us for every job, twenty-odd of them so far.
That's the whole business plan, really. Answer the phone, turn up when we said, and leave the board so the next sparky can read it. Most of our work now comes from people who heard about us from someone like her.

How we work
The electrician who quotes the job is the one who does it. No subcontractor you've never met turning up on the day.
A written, fixed quote before we start, free and with no obligation. If anything changes, you approve the new price before we do the extra work.
We only take jobs we can reach inside 30 minutes, which is how we keep same-day callouts realistic.
